POSitive does not support saving backups directly to CD.

You need to read the documentation that came with your CD Burner, or your computer. There is usually a piece of software that came with it that burns CD's. Because each burner is different and comes with different software, there is no simple way to tell you how to copy the backup to CD.

One method that can be used if you have Windows XP is you can put Microsoft's CD Burning folder in the Backup Path. This folder is usually in a different location on each machine. It is stored in the user's profile. Here is an example: C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\CD Burning\.
This will not write directly to the CD, but it will pop up a notification that there are files waiting to be written. Then you can just click "Write these files to CD."

POSitive will not provide support for any of these methods. If you need help setting this up, please contact Microsoft, the maker of your CD Burning software, your burner's manufacturer, or your computer vendor.
