How can we generate customer mailing labels and exclude customers which have bad addresses because they are either incomplete or because we know the address is no longer valid?

ANSWER
First, you need to identify which customers have invalid addresses. One way to do that is to edit the customer's ADDRESS LINE 2 and add an X to the address. Then you can use a query to filter out the customers who have an X in address line 2.

1) Go to Marketing: Print Customer Labels
2) Choose to create a query
3) Select Billing Address 2 Does NOT Contain X
4) You can also ADD another element to the query such as a specific zip code. This query will then print all addresses of that zip code which do not have an X in Billing Address 2.

Save the query so you can use it again and again.
