Answer:
You can highlight an item in your Inventory List, click the Stock tab, click Verify/Adjust Stock, change the value to zero. Then Edit the Inventory Item (and change the cost if necessary) and save. Click Verify/Adjust Stock, change the value back to original stock amount.
