Product: PRM 5
Problem: After selling a gift certificate, go to Management: Gift Certificates.
This opens the Gift Certificate Manager Choose Sales Report, set a date range, choose Process, choose Preview.
It appears to be processing the report but it will display the message "Nothing to preview".
Resolution: Fixed in PRM 5.1.3.
