ANSWER:
There are currently two different resources for stats for your website.
1) BSQ Sitestats
---a) Login to your POSitiveCommerce website:

---b) From the Control Panel click on BSQ Sitestats icon
2) AWStats
---a) Login to your POSitiveCommerce Web Hosting Control Panel

---c) Click on your domain name
---d) Click on the Report icon under the Domain section
---e) Click on the Web Stats icon under the Tools section
