If you've been using a POSitive product for several years it's a good idea to occasionally check the size of your database. Watch our video: https://youtu.be/1GqAeZjaYoM Or, follow these instructions: Go to Help, About, Database Info. Below the Database Info tab is Edition. If you see Express Edition listed, look below it for the database size as shown below. In our example it shows 2041 (mb) which is 2.041 Gigabytes. Express Edition has a storage limit of approximately 10000 (mb) or 10 Gigabytes. If your database size is close to this limit, contact your dealer, or POSitive support, for options to reduce the size of your data, or upgrade to a larger database version.
