Fee Increase for POSitive Support

Many businesses are being affected by higher costs for goods and services, and higher wages to attract and keep employees. POSitive is no exception and we’ve held off raising our prices until now. Effective May 1, 2022, these fees are in effect for customers not currently on a support subscription:

Hourly Fee: $120
Monthly Fee: $120 (must pre-pay first 3 months)
Annual Fee: $1200

However, we are not yet raising our subscription fees for current subscribers. For month-to-month subscribers, if you maintain your subscription, your current fee will continue to the end of this year. For annual subscribers who renew this year, you will pay your current fee.

In 2023 our new fees will apply to all subscribers. The new monthly fee will start on January 1, and the new annual support fee will be applied as current annual subscriptions come up for renewal next year.
