If you're using version 6 or higher and you want to view the Inventory Center's property grid, make sure the option "Use Classic Inventory Screen" is turned OFF. Also, make sure that your Windows's display settings are set to a high enough resolution. Typically 1280 x 960 provides a full view of the Inventory Center. But you can go higher if you prefer, if your computer's hardware supports it.

Maintenance tab > System Setup > Inventory > uncheck-mark "Use Classic Inventory Screen"

Right click on an empty space on the desktop > Display Settings > Advanced Display Settings > Resolution > Select an available screen Resolution
Windows 7:
1. Right click on an empty space on the desktop > Screen Resolution > Change Display Settings
