Issue:
Unable to get to the Choose Company screen
Answer:
There are several ways to get to the Choose Company Screen within PFW:
A.
If you are running versino 2004 or higher, at the desktop, hold down the SHIFT key and continue to hold it down while double clicking the PFW icon.
B.
1) Start PFW as you normally do.
2) Go to File: System: Company
3) Turn on "Select A Company At Startup."
4) Exit PFW. You will be immediately taken to the Choose Company window.
C.
On the computer where PFW is installed click on the My Computer icon on your windows desktop. Click on the WINDOWS folder. Locate the RETAILER.INI file, and rename it to RETAILER.OLD. When you next run PFW, the Choose Company screen will appear.
