An Order which was visible just a few days ago is now missing.
SOLUTION
1) Have You Checked ALL Pending?
Go to the Customer List, highlight the customer and click on the Pending tab at the bottom of the Customer List.
2) Have You Checked Layaways, Orders, Service Orders, Etc.?
--- Go to Orders In Process and look for it here.
--- In the upper right corner change to Layaways In Process and look for it.
--- Check other types like Quotes and Service Orders.
Be sure to look for products. It might be that the order had another customer name assigned to it.
If it is there, then open the order and make any changes necessary.
3) Was it voided?
If after checking all possibilities you cannot find it, go to Management: List Of Voids: Pending Voids. Check All entries
If you can find it. Highlight it and choose the Recover button. This should make the order active again.
