The Daily Sales Summary screen is no longer showing totals for the days.


ANSWER

Obviously, something unexpected happened in the course of upgrading. However, those numbers can be regenerated.

First, check Invoice History to assure that invoices have not been lost. If all invoices are there, then we can proceed to the next step. If they are not there, the contact your dealer or POSitive Support for more help.

Second, go to File: File Maintenance: Verify Data Routines: Verify Transactions.
On the right-hand side, choose
Invoices Only
Full Verify
(no starting date)
(other options can be set if you wish)

If no other computers are running PFW, then choose Process [F10]. Please note that this could take a relatively long time if you have a large number of invoices.

The Daily Sales Summary numbers will be updated.
