QUESTION: Is there a way to export our customer base that includes sales figures as well as names and addresses. We want to create a list of our top 500 customers and send them something in the mail.
ANSWER:
Yes there is. Go to Management: Marketing and choose Export Customers.
You will be able to set a query/filter so that only qualifying customers will be listed. Then you will be able to pick and choose which fields you want exported into a spreadsheet.
