Duplicate Orders Retrieved

PROBLEM:
When receiving in Internet Orders into POSitive, the same E-Mails keep being re-downloaded.

SOLUTION:
Make sure the "Delete Mail On Server" option is checked in E-Commerce Edition Setup.


POSitive For Windows instructions:

1) Open PFW
2) Click File > System > Internet Setup > Retrieve Orders tab
3) CHECK "Delete Mail On Server"


POSitive Retail Manager instructions:

1) Open PRM
2) Click E-Commerce > Web Store Setup
3) Click Retrieve Orders Setup under View
4) CHECK "Delete Mail On Server"
