The GiftCardMstr.pw error is likely happening because POSitive is (or did at some point in the past) either running over a UNC connection (e.g. \\Server\POSItive\PRM) which POSitive doesn't support... or the computer was previously mapped to the POSitive shared folder on the server, using a different drive letter other than what is currently being used. If you were using a UNC connection then after you setup a mapped drive and reconfigure your shortcut to go through the mapped drive (e.g. P:\POSitive\PRM), you'll need to delete the paywire.ini file found in your Windows (or C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Windows\) folder. After you delete the paywire.ini file, log back into POSitive and try again.
