How to change the ordering on the Frontpage component:
1) Login to your website's Control Panel

2) Click on Frontpage Manager
3) If you want a content item to always be displayed above any other content item then enter "-9999" in the Order field and click the file save icon next to Order. Otherwise you can just use the up/down arrows to change the order in which the items will be displayed.
