Missing or Lost POSitive Shortcut

The shortcut icon on the desktop to open POSitive has disappeared. One of the reasons this can happen is that your computer recently installed a Windows and/or Microsoft update. Another common reason for this is when your remote workstation can no longer connect to the server using the mapped drive for whatever reason... whether it's a temporary situation or the mapped drive somehow got disconnected in Windows on the workstation. When this happens Windows seems to do a little cleanup and deletes the shortcut.

--- PROJECT SUMMARY---

Connect to the network server where POSitive is installed using the mapped drive connection, then re-create the shortcut to your POSitive product.
