We have created a template which we add to the invoice to sell a group of inventory items. This works just fine. But when we add another product to the invoice, the new item added is not creating a charge.
ANSWER
The template is using a PACKAGE line followed by the inventory items selling for that package price.
What is missing is a SUBTOTAL line. Without the subtotal line, everything below the package line is considered to be part of the package.
Edit the template. Press CTRL-S at the bottom line of the template. Save changes.
NOTE: if you have more than one price level, you need to select each price level individually and define the package price for that price level.
Now when you invoice, and add additional items below the package, they will be charged separately.
