Problem:
A customer placed an order on my website. I have received the order confirmation E-Mail, but when I Retrieve Orders in POSitive it does not show up.
Answer:
There may be a number of reasons for this.
First make sure enough time has passed for your order to be processed by your PCLink application after the order has been placed. You can check the 'Check For Orders Every' settings for the minutes chosen.
Next, you can verify that the order has really been retrieved by by logging into your Magento website > Sales > Orders and looking at the status of the order. If the order status is set to 'Processing' that indicates that PCLink has downloaded your order into POSitive. If the order status is still at 'Pending', then it's likely not enough time has passed to allow for processing. If the order status has been changed to 'Processing' and you cannot find any trace of the order, then you can try changing the order's status back to 'Pending' in your Magento website. Then the next time the PCLink application polls your website it will see that 'Pending' status and re-process the order. Before doing this you will need to learn and understand any ramifications it may have from within Magento product. You can learn more about Magento by going to http://www.magento.com. One method of changing the status back to 'Pending' that might work is by clicking on an order (Magento > Sales > Orders) and adding a comment under 'Comments History'. Although this method has not been thoroughly tested at this time.
