I am trying to print a report in PFW. I am able to see or preview the report, but choosing to Print sends nothing to the printer. What can I do?
ANSWER
If you can preview the report, then it should print. Double-check the printer that is assigned to that report. PFW may have memorized a printer that no longer exists.
When running the report, you are likely shown a screen named Report: Print which has two tabs...
General tab - gives you the option to Print or Preview. You can see the name of the printer. You may also choose to select a different Printer.
Printer Setup tab - once you have selected the printer, on this tab you can choose to "Memorize Printer Setup" for use all the time.
