PROBLEM:
When you try to run PRM you get:
PRM.exe Application Error
The application failed to initialize properly (oxc0000022). Click ok to terminate the application.
SOLUTION:
This can be caused by a permissions problem in Windows XP. To resolve this issue, you need to turn off "Simple File Sharing" and give full control of the folder to "Everyone" both on the Sharing and Security tabs.
