Problems sorting the Inventory Listing Reports?
Start by removing all items from the Sort Order section in the Sort Items Selection screen. Pay particular attention to remove any blank lines that may be in the Sort Order section. A good indicator that you've removed all items is if you look at both arrows (one pointing to the left, and just below that, one pointing to the right), the top one will be black and the bottom arrow will be grayed out.
