SOLUTION
Change the Printer Control Tear-Off code to match your printer (www.gopositive.com > POSitive Support > Hardware Support > Printer Control Codes) under Maintenance > Printers > Generic Receipt Printer > Receipt Printer Setup tab > Tear Off Code.
