QUESTION: If an inventory item is seasonal and not sold and/or stocked during part of the year, how can I hide the item until I need it? I really don't want to delete it and have to recreate it.
ANSWER: Edit the inventory item and on the Options tab, uncheck "Item Is Active" Then choose Save and the item will disappear from the list.
QUESTION: How does one view and re-activate inventory items made inactive?
ANSWER: on the SUMMARY view of Inventory Center, down at the very bottom of the screen is an option to SHOW INACTIVE items. Edit an item and on the Options tab make it active again. The item will be automatically removed from the listing. Uncheck the SHOW INACTIVE marker to view active items only.
