How To Send New Items From Remote Store To Master
1) At the remote store, go to File: Multistore: Send Data Now
2) Choose Send Local Inventory To Master
3) Choose Execute [F5], highlight the master store, and choose select.
Items unique to the remote store will be sent to the master.
4) At the master store, choose Receive
Note: inventory will not appear automatically in the inventory list at the master store. Items created by other stores must be CONFIRMED or approved first.
5) At the master store, click on the Confirm icon of the Multistore Toolbar (go to Help: Use Multistore Toolbar)
The items from the remote store will be listed here. As the master store, you should edit the item and reassign category, pricing, etc. before confirming the item.
6) Highlight the item and choose Confirm. It is removed from the list and added to Inventory List.
7) At the next Send session, the item will be distributed to all stores.
