Creating a service order is not saving the service notes. What should I do?
ANSWER
Apparently some key numbers are out of synchronization.
Go to File: System: System Setup.
Change the Current Order Number to a higher number (raise it by 10 or so).
Now note numbers and service order numbers should be equal and synchronized.
