These 12:00am entries are created whenever the employee did not clock out the day before and in the morning attempts to clock in.
It is very visible on the Clock In Screen that this is considered a Clock Out
The employee should
1) Clock In again so that the working shift will start correctly, and
2) Report that he/she failed to clock out the day before and have management adjust the entries.
If you look closely at the report, you will see that the prior clockout time was 11:59pm and the next clock in time is 12:00am. This is an automatic setting when the calendar date changes.
