We have chosen to modify the Workorders Form. We did follow instructions to save the form as a new layout and then make the changes. However, printing Workorders does not reflect the change.
ANSWER
Most likely the new form is not set as the default form.
Go to File: Editors: Report Editor and highlight the Workorders layout.
You will see two layouts listed on the left: Standard and Workorders2
Highlight Workorder 2 and choose to set it as the Default Design (bottom left corner)
Now exit and do a test print and the modified form will be used.

TIP: If you choose to not set one or the other as a default, then when you run the report you will be asked to select which form you want to use.
