TOTALS OF REPORTS DO NOT MATCH
The two reports may be reporting different things. You may find that they are generally in agreement and you may be led to assume that they should always agree. It is important that when reporting such problems, to explain exactly which reports are being compared.
Recommendation
When running the reports try to narrow the problem down to a specific day. For example, if you find two reports covering an entire month to be out of balance, run the reports for 1 week at a time. Once you find a week that is out of balance, then run each day of the week. The objective is to pinpoint exact causes for the discrepancy.
If, after reviewing your data for possible losses and you still need help, please call 866-368-2266. Please relate the specific reports being compared.
