The procedure for making an archive copy of POSitive Software data.
1) In PFW go to Help: About POSitive. Make note of the data path then close PFW
2) at the desktop look for the My Computer Icon
3) open the C drive
4) find the PFW folder
5) rightmouseclick on the folder and then leftmouseclick to choose Copy
6) in a blank area rightmouseclick and choose Paste
7) highlight the \"copy of pfw\" folder
8) rightmouseclick on the folder and then leftmouseclick to choose Rename and type a name such as ARCHIVE2004
