Printing of Consignment Agreement
The consignment agreement is a form which must be selected in the Station Detail screen.
1) go to File: System: System Setup
2) Choose Stations
3) Edit your station
4) in the bottom left, highlight Consignment Agmnt.
5) on the right, select the correct windows printer driver and correct form.
NOTE: Standard is not a valid form for the Consignment Agreement.
If you are using a Laser/Ink Jet Printer,
a) select Receipt/Dot Matrix Printer
b) select the printer driver from the Windows list of printers
c) choose HP Laser Printer or HP Ink Jet (not the Windows option)
d) choose Form 82
If you are using a true Dot Matrix Printer
a) select Receipt/Dot Matrix Printer
b) select the printer driver from the Windows list of printers
c) choose Epson 24 Pin (not the Windows option)
d) choose Form 81
Your Consignment agreement should be printed properly.
Repeat the process for each computer workstation. (It is best done while at the computer station so printer drivers can be selected accurately.)
