How can I import my customers' phone number from Quickbooks into PFW?
ANSWER
Quickbooks exports customer phone numbers as one total string of 10 characters (area code plus phone number).
PFW can handle that easily by making a change in PFW Setup.
1) go to File: System: System Setup
2) highlight Customer Options on the left
3) on the right, activate "Do Not Track Area Codes"
Now, when you import the phone numbers, they will be more readable.
