Our state requires us to report the amount of sales that would normally be taxed but are sold to tax exempt organizations. Is there a way for us to get a report on which invoices or skus were involved in these transactions. We can get a total, but cannot get the detailed information.

You are currently choosing to print the Sales Tax report without details. Run the report an place a checkmark on Print Detail.
When you run a DETAILED Sales Tax Report all invoices for the time period are displayed and will show which invoice numbers contained tax exempt items on the invoice.
TIP: Choose to preview the report and then find the page where the Tax Exempt sales are listed and choose to print only those pages.
