HOW DO I EXPORT PFW GL TO QUICKBOOKS?
1) make a backup (File: Backups: Backup Files Now: Backup Now) then run PFW again.
POST GL JOURNAL
2) go to Accounting: General Ledger: Add/Edit/Post Transactions
3) if everything is in balance, choose Post To General Ledger button [F9]
OPEN GL HISTORY
4) go to Accounting: General Ledger: Transaction History
5) highlight the desired batch (usually the one on top of the list)
6) choose Export [F5]
CONFIRM EXPORT
7) highlight the desired Export Definitions (see below)
8) choose select.
****Export Defintion Does Not Exist or is Incorrect****
Choose Add or Edit
While viewing ASCII Export Setup screen press F1 for PFWHelp in defining the export
