You can perfom a Global Price change using a query for a specific category.
1) Get everyone out of PFW
2) Make a full backup of PFW
3) Inventory > Maintenance > Global Changes
4) Under Change Filter, choose Custom Query...
5) Choose Category > Next
6) Choose "Is Equal To" > Next
7) Enter (Constant Value) category name > Next > Finish (Save the query if you wish)
8) Complete other options as needed.
