Error When Running Inventory Report
An error message Record Retrieval Error states...
"Error (A column has been specified more than once in the Order By List. Columns in the order by list must be unique (37000)) attempting to access a record from the ITMCount file. Returning to previous menu."
This error message or similarly stated messages are caused by the Sort Items Selection screen containing blank (invisible) fields under the SORT ORDER list.
RESOLUTION: highlight each entry on the left under Sort Order and choose the right-arrow button to remove it from the list. If you see a blank highlight, then it must be removed.
