Multi-Store Synchronize Inventory

Most likely, your inventory is not synchronized between the the stores, if you are having problems with items being deleted, inexplicably changed, or otherwise not updating.

 

1) Do all the sending and receiving to clear out e-mail folders in all stores.

 

2) UPGRADE all stores to newest version of PFW.  (Call 866-368-2266 for clarification)

 

3) MASTER STORE: needs to send an initial data pack by e-mail (or disk)  (File: MultiStore: Send Data Now) to the other store(s)

 

4) REMOTE STORE(s): go to File: Multistore: NEW STORE WIZARD and choose Remote. 

 

This process will renumber existing inventory in the remote store with a high Internal ID number.  All stock counts, pending orders, etc. will be retained. 

 

Then when you choose to Receive Data, the master store inventory will check for a match with the remote store inventory and synchronize the inventory files.

 

5) This should resolve the inventory issues you are having.
