How do I remove all of my Invoice History?
Answer:
CAUTION:
Removing Invoice History may have several adverse effects in the program. Please consider all ramifications before doing so.
1) Make a full backup and archive copy the entire PFW folder
2) Rename the following files from the company's DATA folder (typically DATA2):
---Accounts.tps
---Invoices.tps
---Tender.tps
3) Using Topcopy, remove all the subfiles from Reports.tps except:
---Prices
---Itemlog
4) Using Topcopy, remove the following files from APAR.tps:
---Itemsold
---Deposits
