Unable to Void Invoices

After upgrading PFW you are unable to Void Invoices.

ANSWER:
1) Exit PFW and stop at the Choose Company screen
......(getting to Choose Company can be done in various ways. At the desktop, hold down the SHIFT key and continue to hold it down while double clicking the PFW icon. Or, while in PFW go to File: System: Company and activate "Select Company At Startup")
2) Highlight your company
3) Choose the Utilities button
4) Choose Verify Security Settings
5) Close and run PFW again

*If this doesn't work, you may need to verify that you have access to delete invoices. You can find these settings in Management: Employees -> Double Click on the Employee -> Security tab or File: Definitions: Employee Security groups -> Double Click on the security group they are in. Make sure the option is checked under transactions: "Able to Void Invoices."
