Unfortunately, we don't provide support for customizing forms. However, here are some basic instructions to get you started.
---- How to add the Cell Phone field on the Invoice in PRM ----
First, to learn more about the Report Designer open your Help file and search "Report Designer".
Second, download the InvoiceEditor.pdf document to learn more about the actual Invoice form.
Start by opening the Report Designer
-- Report Center > Invoice/Report Layouts
-- File > Open Layout
--- Highlight Invoices on the right
--- Choose your custom form on the left. !!! Do NOT edit the STANDARD form !!! If you dn't have a custom form you can COPY the Standard form--see Help file for details
--- Right-click in the area you want the Cell Phone field to appear (see InvoiceEditor.pdf for location options) and choose Insert Control and left-mouse-click where you want the field (you can move and resize it later).
--- Next to Control type choose "Field" from the droplist options
--- Choose "Cell Phone" from the list of field names and choose OK
From there you can relocate and resize the control you just added
Save and close the form. Make sure the form is selected in Station Settings > Printers/E-Mail > Invoice.
